Name, date of birth, email address, target score, language and accent settings, voice recordings, transcripts, scores, conversation history, usage times and technical information needed to run the service.
3. Purpose of use
Identity verification, providing IELTS Speaking practice, AI scoring, transcription and improvement suggestions, history management, quality improvement, fraud prevention and responding to enquiries.
4. Sharing with external services
To score, converse, transcribe and generate speech, we may send the necessary input and audio to AI processing services. If we add payments or advertising, we will state the providers and purposes on this page.
5. Storage and security
We take reasonable security measures against unauthorised access, leaks and tampering. Information is kept as long as needed for its purpose, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Advertising
If we show ads in future, records stored on your device may be used to manage how often ads appear. Before any ad measurement by advertising providers begins, we will explain the data, purpose, recipients and consent method on this page. External revenue ads are not currently connected.
7. Your rights
Within applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of use of your information. Please contact us to do so.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the service or laws change. Important changes will be announced in the service.
