1. Scope
These Terms set out the conditions for using Swefy, provided by SAKI ENDO (the "Operator"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials safe. Only one account may be created per email address. Lending, transferring or misusing accounts is prohibited.
3. The service and AI assessment
Scores, transcripts and advice are AI-generated estimates for study support. They are not official IELTS scores and do not guarantee any exam result.
4. Prohibited conduct
Breaking the law, unauthorised access, disrupting the service, infringing others' rights, reverse engineering, reselling, and any other conduct the Operator considers inappropriate are prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
Rights in the text, images, design, software and other content of the service belong to the Operator or the rightful owners.
6. Disclaimer and changes
The Operator may change or suspend the service as needed. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the service.
7. Data storage and backups
Learning records are stored for as long as your account exists. Automatic backups are kept, but restoration is possible only for up to the past 7 days. Data may not be fully restorable, or some data may be lost, due to outages, faults or other circumstances, and the Operator does not guarantee restoration.
